In 1994,Frank Böckmann, Maurizio D'Alberto and Marco Zingg founded the innovative new company DT Swiss AG following a management buyout from a Swiss Biel-based wire works whose roots went all the way back to the 15th century. Beginning with manufacturing of spokes DT has been driven by the vision of becoming a world renowned manufacturer of bicycle components.
